Baylor ex Dugat joins teammate on Mavs summer league squad

Former Baylor guard Henry Dugat has joined Curtis Jerrells on the Dallas Mavericks roster in the NBA Summer League.

Dugat averaged 10.5 points and finished fourth on Baylor’s all-time steals list with 152 in four seasons. The Mavericks will open against Milwaukee Friday in Las Vegas, and will continue through July 19.

Former Baylor forward Kevin Rogers is playing for the Boston Celtics summer league team this week in Orlando. In his first two games, Rogers has averaged 8.5 points, six rebounds and four blocked shots.

The NBA’s summer league is comprised of rookies and young NBA players.

Before you comment, please take a few moments to make sure that what you're saying is civil and respectful. We don't tolerate personal attacks, insults, name-calling, impersonations or generally hateful comments — they don't make for a pleasant (or productive) conversation. We want to raise the level of debate and encourage a wide diversity of viewpoints — and that means disagreeing without being disagreeable. If you wouldn't say it to your grandmother, you probably shouldn't say it here.
