Woman killed in ATV crash in Coryell County
A 33-year-old Oglesby woman was killed in an all-terrain vehicle rollover crash Wednesday on Neff Park Road near Oglesby.
Stephanie King was riding a 2000 Polaris ATV at 12:45 p.m. Wednesday southbound along the Coryell County road when she attempted to herd goats off the roadway and sharply turned the vehicle, said a spokesman from the Texas Department of Public Safety.
The turn rolled the vehicle and ejected King onto the roadway, the spokesman said. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
King was not wearing a helmet, the spokesman said.
