One man shot, one stabbed at Waco-area Super Bowl party
One man was shot and another stabbed in a fight at a Super Bowl party Sunday night in western Falls County, near Bruceville-Eddy.
Jeffrey Scott Farmer, 46, of Waco, was flown to Scott & White Hospital in Temple with a gunshot wound in his left shoulder, according to a Falls County Sheriff’s office press release.
Joel Keith Dillenburg, 40, of Lorena, was taken by ambulance to Scott & White with severe lacerations to his face and upper torso. Both men are expected to survive, the release said.
A Falls County grand jury will determine what, if any, charges will be filed, the release stated.
