Woman killed in Falls County crash

A Robertson County woman was killed in an accident Thursday afternoon on State Highway 14.

The accident occurred at 3:53 p.m. just south of Kosse in Falls County. Cambra Bielamowicz, 40, of Bremond, was killed when the 2004 GMC Sierra she was traveling in veered right off the highway and struck an electric pole, according to a spokesman from the Texas Department of Transportation.

The driver, 46-year-old Bobby Grantham, also of Bremond, told officials that he fell asleep at the wheel of the truck. Grantham was also injured but refused treatment.

Both Grantham and Bielamowicz were wearing seat belts.
