Girl not sexually assaulted

A report about a sexual assault at the Waco Family YMCA Wednesday is no longer the case, according to a release today by Waco police.

Officers responded Wednesday afternoon to what was believed to be a sexual assault by a man about 50 years old. But after officers interviewed the victim, a 12-year-old girl, it was determined that the man had touched her in the stomach area only, according to today’s release.

At this time the only crime is a simple assault, the release says. The man has not been located.

Anyone ever think the man may have been trying to keep the girl from jumping into the pool and drowning? Anyone ever think outside the gutter any more? No wonder he ran, the first thing on everybody’s mind is that the man was sexually assaulting the girl. Anyone Ask her why he touched her stomach? Nothing in the news about the reason he touched her stomach. We as parents need to ask more question of our children instead of jumping to the wrong conclusion. If he was trying to hurt her then he will get what he deserves one way or another. But until its proven one way or another, I myself will not think bad thoughts.

To another waco mom…he wasnt trying to keep her from falling in the pool…Maybe if it was your child you wouldnt have so many variations as to what he was doing, and if your not guilty you dont run.

So if someone accidentaly touches your stomach, your now a criminal. Well, that makes sense.

*I say accidentaly because nobody’s sure as to what happened. So,its not really fair to call someone a criminal without having some evidence.

/K, everyone GBTW.
