Lilley’s job performance on agenda as BU regents meet

Baylor University regents are in executive session this afternoon discussing President John Lilley’s job, staff writer Tim Woods reports.

The regents are meeting at the Gaylord Texan hotel and conference center in Grapevine. They will meet today through Friday.

In addition to discussing Lilley’s performance as president - a post he took in January 2006 - regents will discuss an annual report on the status of the goals of Baylor 2012.

What Baylor alumni feels they can trust either Lilly or the BOR? They are few and far between. And now they meet in Grapevine in a very, very expensive hotel. What is wrong with meeting on the Baylor campus?

Now the shoe is on the other foot. Now John Lilley is sweating bullets and scrambling to save his own pompus Baylor hide……after treating all those teachers like dirt for so long. It’s called Karma……Waco Karma.

Anything that Dary Stone is involved in is trouble. What a loser!

The only karma here is that Lilley tried rectifying the situation with the teachers, and the regents don’t want anyone teaching much of anything anymore.

The BOR should be the ones on Karma’s hot seat. Not anyone else for now. They’re driving this place into the mud. Pathetic.

As for hotels, you can’t rape the students for more cash if you meet in space that’s already paid for! Don’t you know that?

I feel sorry for the current students who will likely end up paying the costly bill in Grapevine.

These regents serve only themselves. If you can’t tell that by their choice of venue, then you must be blind.
