I would be upset also! Think about it….he is in PRISON, why the heck does he get internet/computer privledges? Our hard earned tax dollars are already going to feed his sorry butt, but now they are also going to give him the luxury of the internet, there are good people who dont even have that! She is in pain, why should he be able to put salt on her wounds from prison! Take internet/computer luxuries from all the idiots in prison.

Woe unto the husband whose wife is murdered. It doesn’t matter whether there is any evidence against you or not - YOU did it.

I don’t know whether Scott Peterson killed his wife and unborn son or not. But I do know there was nothing but flimsy circumstantial evidence to convict him.

But I will agree with the comments above about internet access. Why would anyone in prison have internet access? We live in a crazy world.

he has NO internet access!! They are speaking about a blog established by his family. In the blogsite is a letter posted by his family. He has no access to computers/internet..

All daay this is all i heard on CNN she comes across like a little hitler if she thinks a prisoner does not have the right to voice there innocents. Breaking into laci and Scott house and taking things says the same about her.

Saraliba, take a pill! If you are on death row, you have no right to have internet or anything else, other than food and a rood over your head. If you need to voice your innocence, there is an appeal process. But no frills! She went into her daughters home to retrieve Laci’s personal effects, family jewelry, pictures, items Sharon bought for the baby that was murdered. The same thing we did when my brother was killed.

Saraliba when you kill your wife and baby and go to prison you forfeit all your rights, including rights to “play” on the computer. If it were up to me he would only have the right to eat and drink and that is only to keep him alive so that he can suffer a misenirable life!

what happened to prison being a place of punishment? For this prison to allow criminals to blog and live life like ordinary people do, they are just as sick as the criminals are and are only enabling the thought that the prisioners deserve the same rights as law abiding citizens. this is a place for punishmnent for crimes committed not a place to try to gain further celebrity! 2 to 3 million dollars a year of our taxes are being spent on this crap! i want a refund!

Peterson still does have the freedom of speech. He has the right to say anything or write anything. Luckily we all the right to ignore anything he writes or say. Don’t read his blog. Let him rot in prison until he able to move to rot in hell.

Scott knows he killed Laci he is just trying to continue saying that he is innocent to be able to deal with the guilt he is experiencing. If he had no conience when he cheated on Laci he doesnt give a damn now he just doesnt want the consequences that comes with his punishment. Who really cares about his blogs he wants the world not to label him as a murderer. He would do anything he could to keep the repetation that he is all that. God got his number.

there,s alot of innocent ppl in jails today none of us knows if he did it to me there wasnt enuff evidence to prove he did i understand luci mother frastration but look freedom of speech is for all and its not scott thats doing it its his family so blame them he doesnt have no access to the net he sends stuff to them and they post it thats how it works i leave all judgement to god there r two sides the victims side and the accused side so both set of families will always seek justice scotts family thinks he didnt do it so they r doing there best to prove it while luci mom believes scott did it so she wants him dead as well

Death Row? What a joke, at the taxpayers expense.

Each prisioner cost all of us between $60-75 thousand dollar per year, to keep there bastardly butts alive,fed,housed,guarded,exersized,health care etc. WHY?
There victims don’t get a darn thing. If we have a death penality, I say use it within max 6 months. No fighting it, that takes years. Do it now. Maybe this would stop or at least slow down crime, would be offenders would know they were acually not going to be supported. No worries, no bills, etc. Yes, they lose there freedom, but they surely should, and pay the ultimate for there acts. We toy around so so long, what a joke. Look at the Manson clan. 40 + years of supporting wild animals. WRONG as hell in my book.

I feel so bad for the Rocha family. That scumbag and his entire family are a bunch of idiots. They hyave the nerve to use Laci’s pictures and her name in a effeort to somehow clear their lying scumbag son of this horrible crime. Now this idiot has a blog. He is on death row. That is the crazy rich Petersons trying anything they can to allow their son to get away with murdering Laci and his own child Conner I am sorry if I spelled the childs name wrong. Laci was a beautiful and sweet person and though I never had the chance to meet her, I know she would have been a great mom. Crazy Jackie is trying to explain the lies that scott told. I get angry every time I hear about the Petersons and how they keep defending that crazy punk son of theirs. They will not even allow Laci and her baby to rest in peice. Everyone knows that the guity person is on death row, and I think they all should be ashamed, if they even know the meaning of the word for using Laci’s picture standing next to the scum that killed her and Conner, the baby she so much wanted. The sooner that scott is in the death chamber and breathes his last, then maybe the Rocha’s will have some pease and closure and Laci and Conner can Rest With The Angels. May God Bless And Keep The Rocha Family. You are in my thoughts and Prayers. I cannot say I could handle myself with as much class and dignity as the Rocha’s have. Scott’s new blog is found at scottpetersonappeal.org. It would do a lot of you good to go to the site and read the featured facts about the case instead of coming up with your opinion based purely on absolute media fiction and gossip.
