State tennis update: Robinson doubles team advances

Tribune-Herald youth sports editor Brice Cherry reports:

Robinson’s Tucker Mueck and Daniel Trayler defeated Wimberley’s Clark Myers and Cody Smith, 6-0, 6-2, in the quarterfinals of the Class 3A state tournament today at the Penick-Allison Tennis Center.

Mueck and Trayler will play Frisco Wakeland’s Aaron Chafee and Jordan Reed in the semifinals at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.
