Before you comment, please take a few moments to make sure that what you're saying is civil and respectful. We don't tolerate personal attacks, insults, name-calling, impersonations or generally hateful comments — they don't make for a pleasant (or productive) conversation. We want to raise the level of debate and encourage a wide diversity of viewpoints — and that means disagreeing without being disagreeable. If you wouldn't say it to your grandmother, you probably shouldn't say it here.

Something new to Waco—Mr. Snow, owned by Roberto Mendez, there are 2 location in Killeen and 1 here in Waco on New Road. Mr. Mendez is opening a new location on LaSalle close to Baylor. This location will have soft serve yogurt. This is not a new concept. It is booming in Dallas area and Austin really big in California. There are usually 8-10 different flavors of yogurt. I think it will be self serve, customer will have a chose of tons of toppings(fruit, canies, nuts, syrups). I have been to several yogurt shops in Austin and Dallas. Really good and healthier than ice cream. I think Waco will like this.
