New exhibit at downtown Waco's Croft Art Gallery

Drawings by Emily Arthur Douglass (below) hang amid more than 560 10-inch-by-10-inch drawings from 66 Texas artists in “Secret Drawing Society,” a Croft Art Gallery show organized by Austin’s Amazing Hancock Brothers. The exhibit opens this weekend and runs through Nov. 28. The Horton Duo will provide music until 9 p.m. Friday at the gallery, 712 Austin Ave., while Los Pollos Paletas will play at the First Saturday Opening Reception from 7 to 11 p.m. Saturday. Admission is free.
