Fairy-tale escape: Flowers Houses new at Dallas Arboretum

Friday May 28, 2010

Four topiary Flower Houses welcome guests to Peter Rabbit’s Flower Village at the Dallas Arboretum through July. Children can explore the inside of the thatched-roof, English cottage houses where features depict the themes of Beatrix Potter stories. There will be a Memorial Day children’s concert and picnic in the garden from 11 a.m.-noon and 2-3 p.m. Monday with children’s entertainer Eddie Coker.

Visit dallasarboretum.org for more information.
