Shipley Do-Nuts moves out, Daylight moves in

Shipley Do-Nuts has moved out of its small shop at 3428 Franklin Ave., but it won’t stay vacant long.
Eric Perez, who owns the Daylight Donuts shop on Wooded Acres Drive, will open a Daylight shop there.
Shipley franchisee Phil Adkins said he was disappointed that the landlord did not renew his lease after 12 years. But he will keep serving South Waco by opening a new Shipley in the University Centre shopping center on South Valley Mills Drive. He said it should open by July.
