The Salty Dog restaurant and sports bar opened at Cobbs and North Valley Mills drives, in Ridgewood Village.
Owner Randy Crook said business has been great the past six weeks.
A new Mexican restaurant called Cancun opened at 2310 W. Waco Drive, in a building that was heavily damaged by an arsonist in October 2008. Owner Clifford Allen has remodeled the structure.
